Story

Ivory Coast Good Fermented Main Crop cocoa is supplied by numerous smallholder farmers growing cacao trees in low altitude regions with constant humidity and good soil. The cocoa seeds are separated from the pods and fermented with the pulp before being moved to the drying process. Ivory Coast has been the largest producer of cocoa in the world since 1978, supplying more than 40% of all the cocoa produced worldwide. They supply cocoa beans to Cadbury, Hershey’s, Nestle, among many other chocolate companies.
