  1. Flavor Profiles: As flavor profiles may vary with each harvest and are influenced by factors beyond our control, such as roasting methods, we cannot guarantee consistency in taste. Our responsibility lies in delivering high-quality beans, not in controlling the subjective nature of flavor. 
  2. Unexpected Differences: Different geographic regions have distinct grading systems for their beans, and there is no universal standard. To avoid any uncertainties regarding grade differences in a particular country or region, we recommend conducting thorough research before making a purchase.

    For the removal of an item from an existing order, a partial refund can be processed without the need to cancel the entire order. If you would like to add items to your order, kindly place a new and separate order.
