Our Asian green coffee beans originate from India, Sumatra, Java, Papua New Guinea, and Vietnam. The coffees brewed from these locations have a wide range of naturally occurring flavors such as almond, apricot, black cherry, brown spice, caramel, chocolate, dried fruits, earthy, fig, herbal, lemongrass, melon, nutty, prune, tobacco, toffee, vanilla, wood notes. The varieties of coffee plants harvested are Bourbon, Catimor, Kents, S.795, Timor Hybrid, and Typica. Altitudes these plants grow in range from 800 – 1,700 M. We carry washed, wet hulled, monsooned processed coffee beans that are patio and sun dried.
