Refund Policy
Copan Trade ensures customer satisfaction and provides a full refund for the ordered product to our loyal customers who follow the outlined guidelines below.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess the request for a credit or exchange of the designated product or order. Kindly reach out to us at support@copantrade.com or (281)within 7 days from the delivery date.
Returns for Green Coffee:
If you are not pleased with the condition of a product, you have one week to return it from the day you received your order.
Exchanges or refunds will NOT be accepted for the following reasons:
1. Flavor Profiles: Please note that flavors may vary slightly with each harvest, as we cannot control the taste or the way you roast it. However, we guarantee the quality of the beans we sell.
2. Unexpected Differences: Different geographic regions have different grading standards for their beans. If you are unsure about the grading of a particular country or region, we recommend researching it before making a purchase, as there is no universal standard.
Exchanges or refunds WILL be accepted for the following reasons:
For the product to be accepted, it must be returned in its original packaging and unopened, due to health code and sanitary concerns. If you need to exchange the product, we will gladly ship you another coffee of your choice.
To initiate the return process, please get in touch with our support team at support@copantrade.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label via email, using the address you provided when placing the order. In your message, please include your name, order number, and a description of the issue you're facing.
If, for any reason, you don't want to exchange the product, we will refund your initial purchase amount, excluding the shipping cost.
For other returns, if you're unsatisfied with any purchase you've made with us, please contact us using our contact form at support@copantrade.com. We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges for items that are returned in unused condition within one week of the purchase date. To make a return, please provide us with your name, order number, the number of units you're returning, and the reason for the return. Once we process your request, you will receive a return label by email
